Socialising, Socialising and more Socialising

I've been a little under the weather but am much better now, and despite not being 100% I've had a few days socialising. Uncle Ian and Auntie Rita visited last week and it was lovely to spend some time with them. On Saturday my friend Abigail and her Mummy and Daddy and little sister came to play for a bit and they stayed for tea. On Sunday I went for a coffee with Jen and Paul in the very trendy Byres Rd. On Monday Auntie Love-Leigh came to visit with Uncle Kevin and we went out for some dinner and Frankie and Benny's. Yesterday I went to Summerlee to play 'tradition games' like space-hoppers and hula hoops and stuff. I went with Lottie and Mummy and with Jack, Olivia and Lucy and their Mummy. It has been a funny week as Daddy has been working when I've been in bed and sleeping when I have been up... I'm not sure if I like it.
I've also been doing a very good jobbie at pee-peeing and pooing in my potty. This is a picture of my sticker chart. I get a sticker each day I managed to use my potty and Mummy and Daddy say I'm doing well.

If only...

Uncle 'Ickle Kevin and Auntie love-Leigh bought me lots of presents at Christmas. The one in the picture is for my room when I've decided which one I want and when it has been decorated. It's a pretend football report from a newspaper about me scoring a hat-trick in a cup final for Derby. If only it were true! I'm sad it's not real, especially at the moment as Derby are not doing well at all and Forest are doing great. Grandpa (G) is very unhappy.

I had my hair cut today so I no longer look like a girl and have a more boy-like cut. I needed to go as Daddy was still threatening to shave my head like his! Mummy took me this morning and I was very good whilst the ladies cut my hair. Then this afternoon Mummy's friends Blair and Gillian came to visit and for some lunch. It was nice to see them. This evening we had a night in as it's very chilly outside. Last night the water froze in the pipe that takes the water away from the bathroom sink but Daddy fixed it today by making a fire in our chimney thing outside and putting it under the pipe to warm it a little and then when the water started to flow he used the hot tap to melt the ice. He's a clever Daddy sometimes but then he lets himself down at other times - like when he thought it would be a good idea to hijack my bath! He forgot how good at splashing I am but I showed him. If that hadn't have worked I would have done a poo in the bath and he would have jumped out quick then.

I'm Officially Poorly

I'm poorly - it's official. I've been to the doctor and he said I have viral gastro...uble - thing. I had to give him three of my poos to check - how weird is that! Lucky for the doctor it was gushing out of me today, so Mummy was able to deliver my poo later this afternoon. Daddy bought me a Bugs Bunny DVD to cheer me up and it worked for a little while. Not sure I like being poorly though.

Mmmmmmm!

I've discovered that I like Liquorice Allsorts. Daddy likes them, Mummy hates them, but I love them. Daddy uses them to try and get me to shuffle across the floor on my bum by placing one just outside my reach on the floor in front of me. I can't really get this shuffling thing, so I stretch a lot, make a bit of an effort, wriggle and look cute, and then usually Mummy or Daddy move the sweet a little closer. With a little shuffle and a little bit more of looking cute I get the sweetie. The liquorice doesn't half help me poo!

Food on the Chin of the Week!

No, before you ask, I haven't grown a ginger goatee! It's that time in the week when you get to guess what I've been eating. Does anyone have maximum points still? The answer as ususal will be at the bottom of this post. So here's a quick run down of my week. On Monday something very strange happened. When I woke up, Daddy took me into the "guest room" and guess what!?! PC MacD was there! Uncle 'Ickle Kevin was sleeping in the room next to me and I hadn't even realised. It was great because it meant I got loads of attention because Uncle 'Ickle Kevin is a bigger kid than me! He makes me laugh. He stayed and played all morning before he had to go to work. On Tuesday I went with Mummy to visit my friend Mia. Her mummy, Michelle and my Mummy had a lovely chat. On Wednesday I went to Boobie Group with Mummy, and then today Mummy and me went to see Gran (N) and Papa. I did a poo there which scared the pussy cat! Hee-hee! I haven't done a lot with Daddy this week as he has been working lots and doing homework from college too - so we've only played in the house. The answer to Food on the Chin of the Week is: Baked Beans.

By the way...

By the way, this morning I found that I had raisins in my poo! I like yogurt covered raisins, but have never noticed them in my poo before. Has anyone else experienced this?

My Poo's Arrived!

The long awaited poo arrived today at 2.10pm - and it was huge! This isn't a photo of my poo, although Mummy did get the camera out to share the moment with Daddy who had gone to work. I didn't think it was appropriate to post a picture of my poo on the blog. I don't have any issues with people seeing my poo, but my tinky-winky was also in the photo and I'm not showing everybody that! I feel so much better now, although I can't stop blowing raspberries!

I need to poo!!!

I really need to poo. I haven't had a good poo since Friday - and I'm going to erupt like Mt Vesuvius it's not a question of if - but when. I'm just suffering with a sore tummy so I really need it to happen soon. I've had a hot bath, I've done the poo dance (wiggling my legs and stuff), I've had my Tummy massaged - clockwise, I've had sugar water, Mummy's been drinking lots of orange juice, I've had a little lentil curry tonight and I'm trying to get into the right frame of mind by constantly blowing raspsberries - but at the moment none of this has worked. I really need to poo!

!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAN!!!
Today is my Gran's birthday. I'm not allowed to tell you how old she is, so all I'll say is that she's 65 years older than me! I think she looks good for her age - this picture hasn't been air-brushed at all. You can see I'm putting all my effort in a rousing duet of "Happy Birthday to you!" We had lunch today at a little cafe called The Rumbling Tum (I'd have called it The Rumbling Bum) with Auntie Rita, Auntie May and Gran. Mummy and Daddy were there too as this morning went to see my financial advisor about MY pension - it gives me comfort to know that these things are being sorted now - I'm planning to retire at 25!
By the way, just to keep you updated as I know you are interested, my poo has changed. For a while it has been runny and looked like yellow curry sauce, for the last two days it's been greenish and speckly - rather like pesto.
