One Day... Lambs!

One day, I went to see my cousins Natasha and Rebekah who were visiting their friends. Their friends had real life lambs in their back garden! They ran around lots and lots and hid behind flowers and bushes. I had to feed one with a bottle of milk like Charlotte has. They also had some bigger sheeps and some chickens. I had a lovely time!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TASHA

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TASHA!!! Today my cousin Natasha is 7 years old. Me and my Mummy and Daddy got her a High School Musical MP3 player for her present and she likes it a lot. I know this because she telephoned me to say 'thank you'. I am so pleased that she liked it as she like listening to music and dancing like me. I hope she has had a lovely day.
For the last two days I had "days with my Daddy" as my Mummy was at work. On Wednesday Daddy and me went to play at Adventure Planet and I loved jumping in the ball pool the very best. Then yesterday Daddy took me swimming. We haven't been swimming for a long time and now have to go to a different swimming pool as the big one near us is closed until November. There was a little slide which was lots of fun. I think Daddy and me will be going again soon.

Slides and trips!

On Saturday morning Mummy went to work but I had a great time as my cousin Liam had stayed at our house to sleep. Liam and Daddy had been to the cinema to see a film called Avatar which Daddy says is "very very good" and it must be because he has seen it three times now! He also said that he wished he could have taken me, but I'm a little too little. Anyway, it was great having someone to play with when I woke up and I do like my big cousin Liam. Daddy dropped him and me off at Gran's before going to work. On Sunday morning, with Mummy at work again Daddy and I needed to something fun so he took me to Adventure Planet. I have to admit I was a little nervous at first and wasn't sure I wanted to play. Daddy says I had a funny smile that was a little false and looked like I had a coat-hanger in my mouth. Daddy came with me on the play stuff and after a while I was OK and I couldn't wait to get on the slides and play in the ball pool! It was so much fun.
Today I went to Parents and Toddlers with Mummy and then when daddy came home form work we went to the shops to get some wrapping paper for a birthday present. As I was running back from the car I fell over. I have a bumped head, a squashed nose, a grazed top lip and sore hands. I need to learn not to land on my face when I fall. I cried for a few minutes but got cuddles off Mummy and Daddy and so soon felt better.

Lad's Weekend Away

I can't believe it's this weekend and I haven't had chance to blog about last weekend - where does the week go, it was never like this before I turned 1 year old.
Last weekend was a "Lad's Weekend Away", or to be exact, a lad, his Dad and a dog's weekend away. As Mummy was working Daddy, Snowy and me went to visit the family in Derby. We stayed with Gran (G) and Grandpa, I saw Uncle Chris, Auntie Tor, Tasha and Bebe; I saw Great Nanna T and Great Nan Ol', I saw Great, Great Auntie Audrey and Great, Great Auntie Rose as well as some friends. We only travelled down Saturday and came back up Sunday so we were really busy. It was nice to see everyone though. I slept most of the journey there and back, apart from when I was hugely sick on the way home. It's a good job I had my PJ's for Daddy to change me into. I was shattered when I got home but it was lovely to see my Mummy!

Entertaining!

Wow, I've had such a busy few days. Last Sunday Auntie Tor, Uncle Chris and my cousins Tasha and Rebekah came to visit for a few days. It was great to spend time with them and it was nice to have some people to play with. On Monday we went swimming together and on Tuesday they came for tea and gave me a big bouncy ball that they had bought for me that day. I sometimes wish they lived a bit closer so that I could see them more often.

Flying visit south

On Monday I went with Mummy and Daddy to visit my family in England. Daddy says it was just a 'flying visit' and from the way he was spinning me I know what he meant! We spent some time with Gran and Grandpa (G) and on Tuesday I went to the park with Auntie Tor and Uncle Chris and Tasha and Bebe. The weather was warm and kinda sticky but the park was great as there was a great big paddling pool. Tasha and Bebe had there swimming costumes but I just went in nudey-rudey! At first I did go in with my nappy on but it sucked up half the water! After being in the paddling pool we went on the swings and then played crazy golf and then when we got back to Gran and Grandpa's we had a barbecue. I also got to see Great Nana T and and Great Nan Ol'.

Happy Birthday Auntie Tor!

Yesterday was Auntie Tor's birthday - happy birthday Auntie Tor! I'm not sure how old she is, but I don't think she is as old as my Daddy so she must be 19 or something(!?!) as Daddy says he's only 21. This is a picture of her babies, my cousins, Bebe and Tasha, they are not as little as me though. I sent her a lovely present, but I'm not telling you what it is because it's a surprise! I hope she had a lovely day.

Catch Up: 1 - Family Visit

I have a whole week to catch up on! This is part 1. On Saturday lots of my family came to visit. There was Grandpa and Gran (G), Auntie Tor and Uncle Chris (N) and my girlie cousins Natasha and Rebekah. This is a picture of my Uncle Chris and Natasha and Rebekah and Rebekah's cuddly toy "Pinky", although my Daddy calls it "Stinky" as she takes it everywhere with her. They all came up for my Dedication Service, so it was a really quick visit. It was great to see them all though. I wished they lived closer so that we could see each other more often.

!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY NATASHA!!!

Today is my big-girlie cousin Natasha's Birthday and she is a lot more months older than me! I would like to sing to her, but because I can't say any words yet it'll sound like this. "Babababababa mmmmmmmm bubububububub Eeee Phfff THURRRRRRRR! gudgudgud" So instead of singing I'll just type her this message: Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday dear Natasha! Happy Birthday to you! I hope you get lots of lovely presents and have a lovely day. I hope you get some lovely cake too! Have a nice time at your party on Saturday! Happy Birthday! X P.S. My Mummy and Daddy send their love too.

I got a present from Daddy and Mummy - they bought me a Lego Advent Calendar, I got a present from Auntie Rita - a snowman that sings "Jingle Bells" and I got a present from my cousins Natasha and Rebekah - three singing snowman who dance too whilst singing "Let it snow". Daddy and Mummy have put the decorations up and they look lovely - I especially like the star lights at the back door. Even God has done his bit and delivered snow this week! Big Cousin Natasha

This is a photo of my big cousin Natasha. She is not the biggest cousin I have, but she is the biggest girlie cousin. I've been thinking about my Natasha today as she has had to be really brave. This morning Natasha had to go to hospital to have a little lump removed from her neck. I know that she was a little nervous. Daddy rang Gran (G) at lunch time and she said that Natasha was ok, she had finished her operation and was having a ham sandwich for lunch. Natasha always looks after me when I'm with her, I wish I was big enough to look after her today. I would make her chicken soup and read her a story, but because I'm not big enough and because I won't see her until later, I have got her a special present instead! Get well soon Natasha - love you lots!

Visiting the Family

I've been away with Mummy and Daddy visiting the family in Derby. This is a photo of me with my Great Nanna Turner. She lives in a big house with lots of other older people. I like going to see her as everyone there likes to see me! I think I have a lot in common with the people there as they don't have any teeth and some of the dribble as much as me!
I stayed with Granny and Grandpa and it was fun spending time with them and they bought me a Derby County tracksuit.
I went visiting Great Nanny Ol' and Uncle Richard and Auntie Kath were there. I also went to see Great Aunt Rose and Uncle Sid. I had a 'great' time.
I had fun playing with my cousin Rebekah, I picked cousin Natasha up from school and had lots of cuddles from my Auntie Tor and Uncle Chris.
That all happened on Monday! No wonder I slept all day and night Tuesday!

Monday, 1 September 2008

I am a very lucky boy as I have some lovely cousins. These are some of them that I have photos of. Above is a photo of me sat with my cousin Liam. He lives nearest to me and is eleven years old. Liam likes football and supports Celtic. Below is a photo of my two girlie cousins. They live far, far away, so when they visit they sleep at my house. The biggest one is called Natasha and she is five years old. She loves dancing and she looks after me lots when she visits! The cheeky girl with her tongue is Rebekah and she is very funny. I went swimming with them last time they came to visit.

Monday, 25 August 2008

I had a really busy week last week. Last Monday, my Gran, my Auntie Tor, and my cousins, Natasha and Rebekah came to visit. It's great to get to know my family and they all seem very smiley! We had a really nice time as we went 10 pin bowling one day, although I slept through much of that. The next day we all went swimming which I really like, but the water at the swimming pool was a little chilly for me. I prefer my nice warm bath.
