The picture below is an achievement picture too. When Daddy came in from work he was surprised to find that whilst Mummy had been upstairs putting Lottie in her bed, I had got my stool, gone to the fridge and poured myself a drink of juice, a mix of orange and apple - and I didn't spill a drop! Well, I didn't spill any at the time of pouring, however, five minutes after this photo was taken I had a little accident and spilled most of the juice everywhere- oops! I just missed the top of the sideboard and it was too late! Daddy was on the phone to Grandpa at the time, but Mummy and Daddy don't get angry at accidents - they only get cross when I spill my juice on purpose!

Sports Results - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good: Last Friday night Daddy and Liam went to see the Braehead Clan who won 5-1 against the Dundee Stars. They were both very excited.
The Bad: No phone call last Saturday from Grandpa confirmed that Derby County hadn't done good and had lost 2-0 against Millwall.
And The Ugly: Last Sunday night the Clan won 6-4 at Edinburgh Capitals. This is a good result, but 'ugly' because Daddy umm-ed and arr-ed about whether he should go and then decided not too - bad choice Daddy!

Football Results! (Again)
Grandpa rang Daddy late last night and it was once again because the football was good! Derby won again last night beating Doncaster 3-2 at Keepmoat. We are now up to 7th in the league. We have a tough couple of games coming up though against Millwall and Watford - I hope we can keep winning!

Football Results!
We also have a new team in our house. We now support the Braehead Clan - our local Ice-hockey team. They have been newly formed this season and Daddy and Liam went to see them last Wednesday night. Sadly they lost to 5-2 to the Nottingham Panthers, but Liam was still excited as he came home with 3 ice-hockey pucks that had been fired off the ice! Auntie Love-Leigh is a hockey fan too so I'm going to watch them when I'm older! Come on the Rams! 'Mon the Clan!

Football Surprises and Play Days
I haven't commented much about football this year as it's not really been a season to remember, but I love football because when you don't expect it - it gives you a big surprise. Derby County gave me a big surprise on Saturday. We were playing our local rivals Nottingham Forest, who are doing very well at the moment and are second in the league whilst we are eighteenth. Daddy felt sick on Saturday because he thought Derby would get gubbed, but to our surprise Derby County beat Forest 1-0. Daddy was so happy and so was I. We clapped and shouted in the car when we heard the news on the radio.
On Saturday afternoon I then went swimming with Daddy and then had a mixed grill for my dinner.
My Mummy was working all weekend so on Sunday i got to play with Daddy too. We went to a church in the morning and then chilled out in the afternoon and watched the Man Utd and Arsenal game.

Football Results
My football teams are too depressing. I've had enough of this season so I've decided not to post anymore results until next season. Roll on 2009/10 - the year Derby County and Albion Rovers will taste success!

Football Results
I've missed a few results, good and bad, but the only way I can describe yesterday is ugly!
Derby County lost 4-2 to Sheffield United - the defending was not pretty at all - I saw it on TV this morning.
We are now 17th in the league. Other news of interest - Burnley notched up their highest win in nearly ten years - a 5-0 win against Forest!

My first real-life football match!
Last night Daddy and Uncle Gordon took me to my first real-life proper football match! I've got the T-shirt and everything! We went to see our local team Albion Rovers beat Elgin 2-1! It was great, although I did get a little upset when everyone shouted when we scored. A lovely lady there said that she would knit me a yellow and red hat and she gave me some angel cake. Daddy and Uncle Gordon went last Saturday to check it out before they took me. You can see them in the crowd in the photo below! I've decided that I'll start my career at Albion Rovers, move to Derby County and then Daddy says play for England and Mummy says play for Scotland! Come on the Rams! Come on the wee Rovers!

I don't have a picture to explain quite how I feel. My "perfect day" of my Dedication did have one hic-cup. Derby County were playing Manchester Utd at Pride Park whilst my Dedication Service was happening. We lost 4-1. On the bright-side, we are still the only team to score against Man U recently as no-one in the Premiership has done that in 14 games. It doesn't make me feel much better as we still lost 4-1.
I need to end on a cheerier note, so here's a bit of football trivia. Forfar play at a ground called Station Park, which happens to be the football ground furthest away from any train station.

Football Results
Here is Saturday's football result. Derby County 3 - Plymouth Argyle 0! I can't believe that we won 3 - nil away from home. It's our third win this week and finally we are moving in the right direction - up the league table. We are now 16th - I'll be happy if we are there at the end of the season. Bring on Man U!

YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!
DERBY COUNTY FC ARE THE BEST TEAM EVER!
Last night we had to play our big rivals Nottingham Forest in a replay of a FA Cup game. We went two goals down in 15 minutes at the City Ground but then came back to win 3-2. Final score: Derby County 3 - Nottingham Forest 2. Daddy says that we went two goals down on purpose - it's called "giving them a head-start"! We now play Man U again, but I think I'm in trouble with my family down south. The game against Man U is on Sunday 15th February - the same day as my dedication service. I think kick off is at 3pm and the service is at 4.30pm! Oops! I hope they all don't come down with mystery 48hr illnesses.

Football Results
Here is last Saturday's footy result.
Derby County 2 Coventry 1
We won, for the first time in what seems like ages. We're back up to 18th in the league. We've also have got a new player - Porter, a striker from Motherwell. It's upset Uncle Gordon, who is a Motherwell fan, as he says Porter is a good player. He has scored 27 goals in 18 months for them.
Come on Derby!

Friday night football was Cup Football and the draw had us playing our big rivals Nottingham Forest. Despite scoring first the game ended as a draw. Derby County 1 Nottingham Forest 1 and will be replayed later at The City Ground. Grandpa doesn't think we'll beat Forest there - I do hope he's wrong as we'll play them twice in a two weeks now!

Football Results
Manchester Utd 4 (4) Derby County 2 (3)
We were beaten last night 4-2 by Man Utd, which meant that the score was 4-3 on aggregate, which means no trip to Wembley this year. You might be thinking that I should have posted my sad face, but I'm really proud of my team for reaching their first semi-final in 40-odd years and for putting up a good fight. Man Utd have gone 10 games in a row in The Premiership without letting in a goal, and in two games , we scored 3 past them!
Come on you Rams! We need to beat The Forest on Friday!

Football Results
I have a new set of photos for the posts on Football Results. They are of me in my DCFC trackie top. I felt the other photos were a bit out dated now. This is the photo I want to use least - it's the sad me - the photo when Derby County lose. However, in the first have of the season the "sad" photo was used most. Yesterday Derby lost again 2-0 at home to QPR with very poor defending. We've slipped to 20th in the league - two places now behind Nottingham Forest. This is a big week for us. I hope I'm posting the other photos. I'll settle for a 0-0 draw against Man Utd and a win against Forest on Friday! Come on you Rams!
