Painting again!

After painting my bedroom last week I was inspired to paint some more with my Mummy; this is one of my first pieces of artwork - do you like it? I was really tired after all my hard work doing up my room but I still managed to do a few things last week. On Friday my Mummy and Daddy were both working, but I did get chance to go for a relaxing swim with Daddy on Friday evening. I do like my swimming and it was great fun. I was even more shattered after that though so Daddy and me just had a Saturday morning chilling and watching Soccer AM before he had to go to work. On Sunday I went to a birthday party at "Runamok" which is another indoor play centre. I had hamburgers and hot-dogs to eat. I then came home and had a bubble bath.
Today has been good. Mummy and Daddy were both off work, so after a morning in the house we went out for lunch at Allan and Linda Dunlop's house. Auntie Gillian was there and she gave me my Christmas presents! I got a DVD and a teddy and in the box with the teddy I got a necklace! The necklace wasn't for me though, but was one that Auntie Gillian had lost before Christmas! This afternoon Uncle David came to play with my boy cousins Liam, Dylan and Robbie. It was great fun spending some time with them. When they left I watched my new favourite film - "Mary Poppins" and danced a little like Dick Van Dyke. I like the bit with the penguins best and also the bit with the chimney sweeps.

Not long to go!

ONE MORE DAY until Jesus's's's birthday! Do you like my impression of him? - although I haven't got a proper halo, mine's made out of a candy necklace and mine might be better because you can eat it. I'm quite excited too that Santa will soon be here. Yesterday, Uncle Gordon and lovely Auntie Fiona and Auntie Gillian came round and we watched a film called "A Christmas Story" and had popcorn. It's a funny film - especially when one boy licks a flagpole and gets his tongue stuck to it because it's so cold. Tonight I went into town with Daddy to look at the lights and then to pick Auntie Rita up from work - it was nice to see her. Ooooooooo! Two more sleeps to go!

Cuppa and Cake

On Sunday night I was a little sad as Grandpa and Gran had gone home. I cheered up a little when I found out we were having visitors. Uncle Gordon and Auntie Fiona came for a cuppa and cake and Auntie Gillian came too. Daddy and Uncle Gordon played chess and Daddy kicked his butt winning 3 games to nil. Go Daddy, go Daddy. We decided that we are having a HogFather party on Tuesday night - I'm so excited!

High times and high chairs

Yesterday I had a day at home. Mummy and Daddy were busy in the garden and clearing the garage and Gran (N) and Papa come to help (well, Gran came to sit with me and entertain me whilst Papa helped, to be exact.) I did something new though - I sat and had my lunch in my high chair! I need to be more specific when I ask my Mummy for things... whilst in my high chair I asked her for a biscuit - and she gave me my Teddy called Biscuit! Daddy found Biscuit a long time ago in a shop where he was working - nobody came to find him - so Daddy took him home. He was covered in biscuit so that's what Daddy called him. Daddy gave him to me after I lost my Teddy last week. Last night Auntie Gillian came to visit - it was nice to see her and spend some time with her.

!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE GILLIAN!!!
Today is Auntie Gillian's birthday. She sits near me at church. We gave her a jam doughnut with a single candle on it - we couldn't fit the other 22 on. I supose that makes Auntie Gillian our Salvation Army Doughnut Girl!
