Emma & Gary's Wedding

It was time again to get smartly dressed and get ready to party! My Daddy's cousin Emma got married this month. Gran (G) and Grandpa came to visit as they were going to the wedding too which was in Dundee. It was lovely to see them. We had a nice day at the wedding and I had sausages and mash to eat, but I could wait for the music to start. I like dancing and I had may new flashing trainers on. I especially like dancing with Daddy's cousin Louise and she is lovely.

Congratulations Auntie Cat and Uncle David!

On Friday I was so excited when I woke up! I had to get bathed and ready as Mummy and Daddy and me were going to a wedding. Auntie Cat and Uncle David were getting married. I'd never been to a full wedding before, only a party afterwards so I was very excited and it was going to be even better because it was people who are special to me. Mummy, Daddy and me put on our bestest new clothes and we went to the hotel where the wedding was. There was lots of people there. I was very good through the service, but I did have my marshmallows and a packet of Quavers with me. Uncle David looked very smart and Robbie and Dylan and Liam were in best clothes too. Auntie Cat looked like a princess or something - she had a big white dress on that was very long - it was very nice.

After the wedding service, we all had to go to an old castle to have a some photographs taken. Lots of photos were taken and Daddy took lots of photos too. Then we went back to the hotel. There was a table with sweeties that I could have and I tried popping candy for the first time. It felt funny in my mouth. There was also a room with lots of balloons on the tables and in there we were given something to eat. I had chicken nuggets and chips, Daddy had beef and veg and Mummy chicken. It was all lovely.
After dinner a band arrived and there was a party with dancing and everything. I danced so much that I made myself sick, but Daddy caught most of it in his hand and so I just carried on dancing. I had a great time but it got very very late and I had to go home to bed. It was such a lovely day.

I didn't get chance to blog yesterday - I was kinda busy. Don't panic girls - I didn't get married!!! I did go to my first wedding party though. It was lovely to celebrate the wedding of Sharon and Ian - this is me with the blushing bride! They had a ceilidh - a Scottish dance which is a lot of fun. My favourite girl Amy was there too and the Daddy's were once again planning our wedding! I hope Sharon and Ian are as happily married as Mummy and Daddy - maybe they'll make a friend for me to play with soon!?!
