I've not been a happy boy

I haven't blog for a while as I haven't really been myself - sorry. In fact my whole family have been a little poorly, but I think we are through the worst. I've been having a normal busy week. I went to school on Monday and Tuesday morning and I've been to see my friends Sam and Elise at Parents and Toddlers this morning. Tomorrow, I'm going to the library, but other than that I don't think I've done anything too exciting. I did see some Fireworks on Friday and that was good. and it's only 44 sleeps til Christmas so there is lots of exciting things coming up.

Food on the Chin of the Week

Food on the Chin of the Week is here again. Take a close look at the picture and see if you can work out what I've been eating - but you need to be specific to score full marks. The answer will be at the bottom of this post. I've not really done anything exciting in the last few days. Breast Feeding Group yesterday, then a night in with Daddy. Today was more exciting - I sat on Santa's knee! He took time out of his busy schedule to visit my Toddler Group. If I was him I'd do more of my PR visits in June when I wasn't so busy with work - but what do I know? In the last few days Mummy and Daddy have been sorting out my own bedroom - it's starting to look really good. Answer: A Cadbury's Chocolate Finger

Autumn Weekend

I've had a really busy weekend, a mix of doing things that needed to be done and do things more fun. Saturday morning Mummy, Daddy and me went into Glasgow as Mummy and Daddy had to go to the bank. Afterwards we went to the park. We have a lot of lovely parks and they are so pretty at this time of year. On Saturday night I went with Mummy to see some of her friends, Susan, Elaine and Charlotte and Babies Ethan and Christopher and John (who's 8).

On Sunday we all went to church before Daddy went to work. Mummy and I went to see Gran and Papa and lots of the family were there. I find my Uncle David very funny. I went to pick up my new car seat which is very big - but I'm sure I'll grow into it!

Today I went to Toddler Group and then because Daddy was off work we went for a run out in the car. We went to Sandyholm Garden Centre and I liked it a lot. They have lots of things ready for Christmas so it was quite exciting. Tonight I am going out with Mummy to see her friend Michelle and Baby Mia.

Chilaxing

Yesterday I went to Parents and Toddlers and I enjoyed singing songs there. After that I had a bit of a lazy day chilaxing (which is a mix of chilling and relaxing). By the way, the suit I have on is one from Auntie Jen and Uncle Jay and baby Belle from the USA. It's an Alabama University one. Today I've been to be to the health centre. Firstly I got weighed and I am now 13lb 12oz! Then I had some more injections and that upset the rest of my day.

Had a day entertaining people today. This afternoon I went to Mummy's work to see some of the nurses. It's great to be the centre of attention! This evening Mummy's friend, Jill, came to visit me at my house. We had a lovely time. Mummy and Jill chatted and I tried to join in when I could.

Tomorrow I may be going to another Toddler Group in the morning! Tomorrow afternoon it's breast-feeding support group - I know it sounds like Alcoholics Anonymous doesn't it. "Hi, my name's Noah and I'm addicted to boob."

What a busy couple of days! Yesterday afternoon we went to our favourite Starbucks and met one of Daddy's work friends. She had a little boy who arrived only four weeks after me. I would have liked to have made friends, but he was very sleepy. His name is Aaryn and I think and we had a lovely time.

Today I went to Parent and Toddlers with Mummy. I spent most of the time watching the little kids playing. Mummy and me did enjoy the singing at the end very much. This afternoon Daddy, Mummy, me and Kevin from next door went to the Glasgow Climbing Centre. I spent most of the time watching the 'big kids' playing! I can't wait till I'm old enough to have a go myself. Daddy keeps telling me to build up my grip so I'm squeezing his finger as hard as I can every day!

Now I'm tired. I've just had a bath, my dinner and I'm going to cuddle up on the sofa with my fleecy blanket and watch Pirates of the Caribbean.

I didn't sleep well last night. Mummy says she thinks I have a bit of a cold as I am all snotty. Every time I lay down, I found it difficult to breath and this made me wake up. This morning me and Mummy went to Parents and Toddlers for the first time. I was a little nervous as I didn't know if I was old enough to go to a 'toddler' group. It was great when we went in there. We met some people that we knew from breast-feeding group so we were OK. Later we went to see people at Mummy's old work and then Daddy came home! I finished off my day with a lovely bath with my friends Penguin and Moosey (Penguin I've told you about before, but in case you were wondering, Moosey is a Moose.)
