Friday started with some sad news. My Great Nanna, who has been very poorly and in hospital, has now gone to live with Jesus. I used to go and see her when she lived in a big house with lots of other old people and I used to be the centre of attention and wave goodbye to them all. I'm glad that she has gone to live with Jesus though as she will also be with my Daddy's Grandad and my big cousin Tasha said that it'll be like they are married again.Mummy decided that we would all go out for the day and so we went to a new place that we hadn't been to before called Briarlands Farm, which is next door to a place we have been to before - the Safari park!
Briarlands Farm was a great place to go on a lovely warm day like Friday was. It has big bouncy pillows and slides and a few animals, but I spent most of the day playing in one of the big sandpits. I had a break from digging to go on a bike track with Daddy, but because it was hot I then had to go on with Mummy, and then on again with Daddy.Daddy was faster on the bikes than Mummy was but I didn't care who was peddling as long as it wasn't me. We stayed and played all day and then we went home for tea. Gran (N) and Papa came round for dinner and then we went a walk along the canal. I was too tired to walk much so Daddy gave me a shoulder ride!
