Derby 1 - Forest 1
Why have I got the sad face when we had a draw? BECAUSE WE WERE ROBBED!!!
OK, the report from Daddy says that both teams played poor, but the last five minutes was a joke! It was 1-1 and Derby scored a winner that was then disallowed by the ref(?) who gave us a penalty instead!! (Why he didn't let the play continue and just call it a goal even I don't know.) Derby then missed the penalty - which wasn't a surprise, but then we scored again, but that goal was disallowed too. NO-ONE knows why not even Miss Marple.
WE WERE ROBBED!!! What do you expect from the same ref who gave a goal a few weeks ago that did cross the line - but not between the posts!
Thank you Grandpa(G) for getting Daddy a ticket, his throat sounds a pony so I think he must have enjoyed it.
Oh well, I suppose charity begins at home - why not donate a point to the needy Forest who remain 23rd in the league. We moved up to 9th!
